By participating in trading on the website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, mentally coherent and fully responsible for your actions. By participating in trading on the website, you willingly agree to forfiet up to 0–10% of the total TF2 virtual items via the Steam trading platform, with no obligation or expectation of receiving anything in return. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any active trade at our discretion, and in the event of a trade suspension, all trades in progress will be paused. Furthermore, we may discontinue trading activities at any time, without prior notification.

If a loss happens during a trade due to a software or network issue, you must submit a claim within 6 hours by emailing "support@tf2arena.com". After this period, the items will be considered permanently surrendered. To minimize the risk of issues, we strongly recommend accepting trades promptly. Please note that the items you receive after completing a trade may differ from the ones you initially traded. This could include changes to attributes such as nametags, descriptions, decals, paint, parts, spells or other features. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide a like-for-like replacement. However, we reserve the right to take no action.

All trades conducted on the website are considered voluntary exchanges, therefore, we do not offer refunds for any traded items. By participating in item-based trading, users acknowledge that trades are final and items are non-refundable. Items traded on this website are not eligible for reimbursement under any circumstances.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts at all times. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to meet this security responsibility. For enhanced account security and protection, we strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account. Accounts are intended for individual use only and should not be shared.
